Russel R. Reynolds, JD (“Rusty”) earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2000. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Over the last 25 years, Rusty has devoted his career to providing representation to individuals who have experienced personal injury due to the fault of another. Rusty has developed a reputation as a trusted Motor Vehicle Accident Lawyer, and works with the rest of the Reynolds & Reynolds team to ensure victims of Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Premises Liability cases receive the compensation they deserve.

Rusty co-founded The Law Offices of Reynolds & Reynolds with his sister-in-law, Debra Reynolds, in 2005. When he is not representing his clients, Rusty enjoys time with his wife, Valerie, and their two daughters.

Debra Reynolds, RN, JD, graduated from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2003, now named Texas A&M University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor. She began practicing law for a large medical malpractice defense firm in Dallas, Texas.

In addition to her law degree, Debra has been an advocate for helping make individual lives whole for over 28 years. In 1995, she earned her nursing degree and became licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Texas. Her experience as a Registered Nurse has provided her with first-hand knowledge and insight into the daily operations of a hospital environment and the interactions of the healthcare team. Her compassion for the well-being of people has served her well in her practice as a nurse and has followed her in her career as a focused personal injury and medical negligence lawyer.

Prior to co-founding The Law Offices of Reynolds & Reynolds with her brother-in-law, Rusty Reynolds, Debra represented nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations in Texas and throughout the United States in maintaining their statutory and regulatory compliance in order for them to focus on their organization’s particular interests, which included assisting others both within their organizations and beyond.

Debra has been married to her husband, Dusty, for over 29 years, and together they have three children – Timothy, Samuel, and Abigail. Debra enjoys spending time with her family both locally and in her hometown in the Texas Hill Country. Around the house, Debra is often busy helping tend to their 5 dogs and 2 horses. Devoting time to Bible study begins her day and she can often be heard listening to her beloved Christmas music year-round.

Taylor Polster is a paralegal at our firm with over 5 years of experience in personal injury law around the DFW metroplex. Taylor moved to the DFW area in 2015 to attend the University of North Texas. She graduated from the University of North Texas Cum Laude in 2019 with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Soon after completing her degree, Taylor enrolled in a paralegal certification program through Professional Development Institute with the University of North Texas where she received her paralegal certification in May of 2020. Taylor has assisted on hundreds of personal injury lawsuits where she has gained knowledge and experience that she utilizes to provide our clients with the best results possible. Taylor is also a mother to three beautiful children and enjoys either reading or cooking during her free time.

Prior to her paralegal work, Alexa studied Bio-Medical Science and worked at the Texas A&M Disability Services ensuring textbooks were accessible for all students. A northern transplant to Texas in 2013, Alexa spends her free time with her husband, Juan, and their two dogs, Luce and Oreo, while working on home improvement projects.
